Mazda RX500, 1970. A rotary-engined supercar concept which was displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show. Following the 1970 show, the car was put into storage until it was found in relatively poor condition in 2008. It had long been believed that three RX-500s were made – one green, one yellow and one silver. However during its subsequent restoration someone spotted three different colored layers of paint, which proved there had only ever been one RX500. It was shown again to the public at the 2008 Tokyo motor show.
