Isuzu Piazza XE handling by Lotus, 1988. Near the end of its model life the Italdesigned Piazza was given a handling makeover courtesy of Lotus. General Motors had shareholdings in both Isuzu (who were still making cars at the time) and Lotus, hence the tie-up.
