Autobianchi A112 Abarth, 1975. The original “pocket rocket” the A112 Abarth dates from 1971 and was a high performance version A112 hatchback. The A112 was styled by Marcello Gandini at Bertone based on a shortened Fiat 128 platform. For 1975 it was facelifted and given a 70hp 1.1 litre engine. The model survived, through numerous upgrades, until 1986. The A112 was sold as a Lancia in some markets and Lancia eventually absorbed Autobianchi
