Alfa Romeo 2000 Coupe Speciale ‘Sestriere’, 1957, by Pininfarina. A concept named after an alpine village nearby Turin, the Sestriere did away with Alfa Romeo’s characteristic triangular shield grill. It was presented on 3 different occasions (twice at the Turin Motor Show and once at Geneva) with detail changes each time but the original version featured a sliding driver’s door (which was replace by a conventional door on the later versions)
